We are required by law to keep records of second-hand goods transactions under the Second Hand Dealers Act, Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations, and HMRC record-keeping requirements (financial records retained for at least six years).

When we send you a Gold Pack or return items to you, we use Royal Mail Special Delivery. We provide your name and address solely for the purpose of that delivery.

Payment processors / banking services
When we make a payment to you by bank transfer, your bank details will be processed via our banking services. We do not store your full bank details beyond what is required to complete the payment.

Legal and regulatory bodies
We may be required to share information with local authorities, the police, HMRC, or other regulatory bodies where we are legally obliged to do so — for example, in connection with our second-hand dealer licensing or an AML investigation.

No third-party marketing. We do not share your personal data with any third party for marketing purposes, and we will never sell your data. All third parties we work with are required to handle your data securely and in accordance with UK data protection law.
